Looks delicious. The apricots have been really good here this year - I also made some jam and it tastes amazing! What a treat it will be to enjoy the taste of summer in the dead of winter.
Yum. Another thing I have never done is make jam. My sister is just getting started making plum preserves from my parents trees. I may have to try it someday ... I love the results! ;)

I'm currently in a "waiting phase" of my jam making - waiting for the white peaces to ripen (too late for everything else).
