I really hate construction projects.
To my dear blog readers, this is really sucking up my energy right now to the point where focusing on the blog or anything else just seems to be an absolute impossibility. I do love writing this blog, and sharing my ideas, but they are certainly not flowing like they should.
I am causing myself to worry too much, that we are taking too much on. This is stifling me, I know, as I read back what I myself have written. Fear contracts. Love and hope expand. I need to feel the love and have the hope. Everything will be ok.

Diana,
I love your story, you know. Your life has so many aspects to it, full, like the wine you drink.
It's funny, when I read this post of how difficult it is these days to write (and you write beautifully) and how you hate projects, the first impression I had wasn't of a struggle but of your strength and perseverance. Because this is how you are. Strong, courageous and victorious.
Ciao Diana! I'm sorry to hear you're so bad now, but I don't believe you hate projects...you are too creative to do it! You're tired, but I'm sure you'll recover your energies soon!
All the best and take care!

Take a blogging break. We'll all be back when you're back. There are times when I find trying to keep up my blog stresses me when I have other things to tend.
Hope all is continuing well with your project.

Dear Diana, I am so sorry that you feel a bit low..it comes to us all. You have alot going on, so don't beat yourself up!! Thinking of you :-)
My dear bella Diana,
You HAVE taken on a lot: these projects are far harder than new buildings...and in this country everything is more complicated abd goes so slowly that it is SOOOO hard to sustain the mess, stress, filth, unexpected complications and SOOOOO hard to keep up the stamina. Our Genius Loci "did me in" for a LONG time.
Adivce? Keep the faith and take a day at a time.
With an affectionate hug. Mary
You are all too kind. I am going to take your words with me to hold me up through these dark days.
You know what - I bet that there were thousands of times during the first phase that you thought 'I'm done'. In the end you have made a beautiful spot that is welcoming, artistic, and full of positive energy. I have every bit of confidence that you'll get through this latest renovation with the same success!
Go do what you need to do! We'll be here when you come back. Ditto what Jerry said.
Diana-I'll be thinking of you and sending out good thoughts for you during this time of trials and tribulations. Looking forward to a time when your project is finished and you are feeling like your old self and I'll be here waiting to hear how you are and see the completion of your re-model in all its glory!
Don't know what it adds for me to comment here -- I certainly can't articulate my support and positive thoughts as well as Romancing Italy and Jerry did. So, just know that there are even more of us out there thinking of you even if we can't put into words how much we're thinking of you and hating that you're feeling such stress!! So just re-read all the messages again and again and feel lifted up!!!
As hard as it may seem right now, I know you are a strong woman who will get thru this challenge like you have survived all past challenges.
We are here for you.
Deep breaths...this, too, shall pass.
Thank you my friends. I am trying... to....breathe....
You CLEARLY need a break from blogging and need a laugh, so here is one for you: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lj-x9ygQEGA&feature=player_embedded
:-)
Perhaps a little AbFab would also do the trick?
Going through the process is always the hardest part. I have been there many times also (different circumstances of course). The end results will be worth it all. We are all here for you. I hope you are doing well.
hang in there Diana!
sending you buckets of positive thoughts and energy.
just think of the accomplishment you will feel when it is over.
Sparrow
good luck with the rest of the construction.
Hang in there. It will be beautiful and worth all the aggravation!
Salute!
Thinking of you in these predawn hours in Florida...wishing you peace and calm....back to sleep now.
Dear Diana,
It seems that this same challenge has been affecting a number of wonderful bloggers. The most interesting thing is everyone is always so supportive and understanding...like we are all living next to each other as opposed to a virtual existence. Your writing is awesome and your experiences great and well worth WAITING for!
Take care and Aloha.
Hope things have taken a turn for the better. I know you must have guests by now -- which I know rejuvenates you but also must provide some additional stress (of a different type, knowing how much time and care you put into everything you do).
Hope you all are getting somewhere and that the worst is over.
xxoo
