I recently wrote an article about my favorite Italian small city for the Slow Travel Website.  It got published yesterday.  Here's the link to go directly to the article.

Great read Diana..Thank you for giving us such brilliant information on your area. I think this would really suit me and my husband!!! As you say it is accessible from lots of airports and you can easisly get down to Liguria ..what more could you ask for! :-)

very cool article! I'm sold.

shall I be able to enjoy strolling the streets of this burg next week and tucking in somewhere for lunch?

did you see marco made me take down the post! Actually, he didn't make me, and when I said he would, he assured me that I didn't have to. But he wasn't comfortable with it, so I did take it down. So happy that you and some others saw it and shared your thoughts first. I really needed some external feedback on that situation.

I just now managed to go over and read your article. I like the idea of visiting a place where tourists are actually welcome (other than just squeezed dry), and I enjoyed your lively vegnette about the restaurant!
